Inspired by the late Tony Gleaton's iconic photography documenting the Black experience in Latin America, this series of digital collages serves as both an homage and an extension of his work. Using Gleaton’s imagery as a base, I layered additional elements and iconography to explore the cultural depth and complexity of Black identity in Latin America. The collages blend past and present, expanding on the powerful stories Gleaton captured through a modern, visual lens.
